Led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, this empowering workshop series blends movement science with yoga and therapeutic recovery techniques to help you care for your body in a smart, sustainable way.
Each class focuses on a different body are (hips, shoulders, spine and more) offering targeted techniques to relieve stiffness, improve mobility, and boost movement longevity. We'll start with anatomy basics, explore what causes common aches and pains, and learn injury prevention strategies.
You'll master simple yet powerful exercises that support your workouts, aid recovery, and enhance everyday activities with better alignment and control. Whether you're healing from injury, dealing with daily soreness, or seeking lifelong movement ease, this series meets you where you are.
All levels welcome with individualized progressions.
