About Be Well Studio
Be Well Studio was created in 2021 to be more than just a place to work out. Our goal is to create a space where people feel strong, supported & connected through movement and community.
What started as one studio has grown into a community rooted in wellness, balance & showing up for yourself in a way that feels sustainable & fun.
Today, Be Well includes two spaces on Main Street in Bexley: our original community studio and The Loft at Be Well, a boutique upstairs space designed for smaller classes and a more personalized experience.
Whether you're here to build strength, slow down with yoga, challenge yourself in a heated class or simply just take time for yourself, our goal is the same: to support you in feeling your best.
Our Approach to Wellness
At Be Well, wellness isn’t about perfection. It’s about creating space in your life to move your body, reset your mind & build habits that support you long term.
We created Be Well to be a place where people can grow, evolve & feel their best. A space that encourages self-love, confidence & connection with both yourself and those around you.
From the very beginning, our approach has been guided by what we call the eight pillars of wellness: the inspiration behind the eight rays in our original sun logo.
These pillars represent the different areas of life that contribute to overall well-being and continue to shape the foundation of everything we do at Be Well.

Caring for your physical health through movement, nourishment, rest & recovery. Our classes are designed to help you build strength, improve mobility & support your body for the long term.
MIND
Supporting emotional well-being and mental clarity. Taking time to slow down, reset & create space for reflection and balance.
COMMUNITY
Building meaningful relationships and a supportive environment where people feel welcomed, connected & encouraged.
ENVIRONMENT
Creating spaces that feel positive, calming, & uplifting. The places we spend time in can greatly impact how we feel each day.

Giving back and supporting others through kindness, generosity & community involvement, including donation-based classes and local initiatives.
